My Yorkies Guarantee

Every precaution has been taken to see that your new pet is healthy. Your new puppy will have a complete veterinarian health examination before shipment and is sent to you with a signed and dated list of your puppies vacination program along with a signed health certificate from our veterinarian.  Our veterinarian is a wonderful, very thorough, professional who spends a great deal of time examining our babies.  We feel very lucky to have her.

We do give all our pups their first series of shots, sometimes their 2nd set as well, wormings, dock tails, and remove dew claws. We take pride in providing very healthy and sound puppies.

We require that you take your dog to your local vet within 3 days to verify its health and to review the medical record that will be provided to you.

If your pet is found to be unsound, you may return it to the seller within 72 hours of the time of sale for a refund or replacement.  A written assessment signed by your veterinarian must accompany your pet for refund or replacement to be made. You pay shipping costs.

12 Month Guarantee: If your dog is stated to have a congenital or hereditary defect within the first 12 months from your puppies date of birth that will severely interfere with the life function or mobility of the puppy, or is considered life threatening, we are obligated to replace the puppy. We will replace the dog with one of equal value. If we are unable to replace the defective puppy within a period of 6 months, the purchase price will be refunded.  It is expressly understood that hypoglycemia is excluded from this guarantee.  To make a claim under this warranty, the buyer must provide a signed statement by a licensed vet indicating the date of diagnosis, the nature of the defect, the reason the defect is hereditary or congenital in nature, and the reason why the defect prevents the puppy from serving as a companion pet. We do require a second opinion by our vet. You pay shipping costs.

The breeder is not responsible for any vet bills or any other bills regarding this puppy. The breeder is not obligated to replace a puppy whose problem is a result of its new environment.

No guarantee will be made as to size, disposition, conformation or breeding capability.  We will not be liable for any expenses incurred concerning this pet.  This pet is represented as pet quality.  Puppies that will be quite tiny will be sold with a limited registration to protect its health and should not be bred.

Your puppy has been weaned on dry Royal Canin Small Breed puppy food mixed with canned Science Diet puppy food and is presently eating only dry.  Please continue to feed this to prevent stomach upset, & introduce the food of your choice by mixing both together.  To change your pet's diet, do so gradually.  If your pet doesn't eat, vomits, has diarrhea or appears weak, contact your veterinarian immediately.  DON'T WAIT.    Hypoglycemia, low blood sugar, is a disorder that occurs mainly in small breed puppies between six and twelve weeks of age, but in small breeds can occur when they are a bit older as well. Please make sure they are eating and getting enough nourishment for their small body size.  It is expressly understood that hypoglycemia is excluded from this guarantee.

The breeder is not obligated to replace a puppy whose problem is a result of its new environment or the commercial puppy food purchased.
